Un gâteau fait en 5 minutes ! En rentrant du Maroc, j’avais en tête de réaliser une sorte de cake riche aux saveurs particulières: du miel, de la fleur d’oranger, de la semoule de blé dur et du ghee (pas du smenn car je le trouve parfois trop fort). C’est chose faite avec cette douceur parfaite pour le goûter avec un verre de thé à la menthe. Je l’ai cuit dans un moule à savarin, mais vous pourrez bien sûr le faire dans n’importe quel format de votre choix.
Mélangez le sucre, la farine et la semoule moyenne de blé dur.
Ajoutez les œufs et le lait fermenté.
Versez le miel et l’eau de fleur d’oranger.
Faites fondre ensemble le beurre et le ghee. Si vous ne trouvez pas de ghee (un beurre clarifié et légèrement fermenté), vous pouvez ne mettre que du beurre (du coup ça fait 140).
Hop dans la pâte !
Mélangez bien et ajoutez enfin la levure chimique. Mélangez de nouveau parfaitement.
Versez dans le moule de votre choix. Graissez-le au préalable, soit avec du beurre ou un peu de bombe de démoulage. Il faut que la pâte arrive au maximum aux deux tiers de la hauteur.
Faites cuire au four à 180°C pendant une quarantaine de minutes. Vérifiez la cuisson en y plantant un couteau dont la lame doit ressortir sèche.
Sortez le moule et laissez refroidir 5 minutes avant de démouler sur une grille à pâtisserie.
