Esta é a época do ano para cozinhar boa comida em preparação para as férias. Há pouco tempo, vi uma foto do pão curto de um dos meus assinantes do Facebook. Partilhou muitos bolos bonitos, incluindo estes espantosamente aleatórios. Adorei logo de imediato. Delphine concordou imediatamente em partilhar connosco a sua receita, que é a da sua avó Jeannette. Gosto muito do seu aspecto invulgar que nos faz querer mordê-las. Delicioso com chocolate quente, chá ou café!
Recette des SPRITZ NOISETTES AMANDES CANNELLE DE JEANNETTE :
350g de manteiga à temperatura ambiente
20g de canela em pó
250g de açúcar
3 ovos
1 grande pitada de sal
o sumo de um pequeno limão
1 pequena tampa de rum
150g de pó de avelã
150g de pó de amêndoa
900g de farinha
Instructions :
Coloque a manteiga, a canela e o açúcar na tigela do seu processador de alimentos.
Misture bem até obter uma espécie de creme, depois adicione os ovos, sumo de limão e rum.
Misturar e adicionar as avelãs e amêndoas em pó.
Uma pequena mistura e depois a farinha.
Misture novamente até obter uma pasta macia.
Para fazer estes espetos de forma espantosamente aleatória, será necessário um moedor de carne. Dedico este aos bolos. Também precisará do bocal em forma de estrela para bolo. É melhor trabalhar em pares, um pressionando a massa no picador (tenha cuidado com os dedos) e o outro acompanhando a massa na folha de cozedura forrada com papel ou um tapete de cozedura.
A parte divertida é dar-lhes diferentes formas!
Uma bela pasta!
Cozer durante 15-20 minutos a 170°C.
Devem ser lindamente coloridas.
Deixar arrefecer antes de armazenar numa caixa hermética!

Bonjour, la période de Noël est bien passée, mais je viens de tomber sur votre recette de Spritz donnée par Delphine, recette de sa grand-mère… et cela m’a donné trèèèèèès envie d’en faire… Le hachoir à viande du grand-père de mon mari est au grenier, c’est le moment pour lui faire voir la lumière 🙂 Je vais tenter cette recette ce week-end, merci!
