C’est le moment de l’année où cuisiner de bonnes choses pour préparer les fêtes. Il y un petit moment, j’ai vu la photo des sablés d’une de mes abonnées de ma page facebook. Elle partageait plein de beaux gâteaux, dont ces spritz à la forme étonnante et aléatoire. J’ai tout de suite adoré. Delphine a immédiatement accepté de partager avec nous sa recette qui est celle de sa grand-mère Jeannette. J’aime beaucoup leur look inhabituel qui donne envie de croquer dedans. Un délice avec un bon chocolat chaud, un thé ou un café !
Placez le beurre, la cannelle et le sucre dans la cuve de votre robot.
Mélangez bien jusqu’à avoir une sorte de crème puis ajoutez les œufs, le jus de citron et le rhum.
Mélangez puis ajoutez les poudres de noisette et amande.

Un petit mélange puis la farine.
Mélangez de nouveau jusqu’à avoir une pâte homogène.
Pour réaliser ces spritz à la forme aléatoire et étonnante, vous aurez besoin d’un hachoir à viande. Je dédis celui-là aux gâteaux. Il faudra également l’embout à gâteaux en forme d’étoile. Le mieux est d’être à deux, l’un pressant la pâte dans le hachoir (attention aux doigts) et l’autre accompagnant la pâte sur la plaque garnie de papier ou d’un tapis de cuisson.
Le plus rigolo est de leur donner des formes variées !
Une belle pâte !
Faites cuire 15-20 minutes à 170°C.
Ils doivent être joliment colorés.
Laissez refroidir avant de conserver en boite hermétique !
