Recette des SPRITZ NOISETTES AMANDES CANNELLE DE JEANNETTE :
350 جرام زبدة في درجة حرارة الغرفة
20 جرام قرفة مطحونة
250 جرام سكر
3 بيضات
1 رشة ملح كبيرة
عصير ليمون صغير
1 غطاء رم صغير
150 جرام من مسحوق البندق
150 جرام من مسحوق اللوز
900 جرام طحين
Instructions :
ضع الزبدة والقرفة والسكر في وعاء محضر الطعام.
تخلط جيدا حتى تحصل على نوع من الكريمة ثم يضاف البيض وعصير الليمون والرم.
اخلطي ثم أضيفي البندق ومساحيق اللوز.
خليط قليل ثم الطحين.
امزج مرة أخرى حتى تحصل على عجينة ناعمة.
لصنع هذه الفطائر ذات الأشكال العشوائية المذهلة بشكل مذهل ، ستحتاج إلى مفرمة لحم. أهدي هذا إلى الكعك. ستحتاج أيضًا إلى طبقة علوية للكيك على شكل نجمة. الأفضل أن تكون في أزواج ، أحدهما يضغط العجين في المفرمة (راقب أصابعك) والآخر يرافق العجين على الطبق المبطن بالورق أو بساط الخبز.
