Uma deliciosa receita de sorbet de chocolate, portanto sem leite nem natas, que tem um delicioso sabor a chocolate cozido.
Receita:
-600g de água
-220 de açúcar
-220g de chocolate preto 65% cacau
Colocar a água e o açúcar em lume brando até ferver.
Colocar o chocolate numa tigela e verter a calda a ferver sobre ele.
Misturar bem e voltar ao calor.
Ferver novamente durante 5 minutos. O líquido engrossará e assumirá uma aparência de chocolate quente.
Deixar arrefecer, depois armazenar no frigorífico durante pelo menos 3 horas. Colocar o líquido numa máquina de gelados. Verter o sorbet para uma bandeja e armazenar no congelador. Ao usar, retire o sorbet com 20 minutos de antecedência para uma suavidade máxima!
