وصفة لذيذة لشربات الشوكولاتة بدون حليب أو كريمة والتي لها طعم لذيذ من الشوكولاتة المطبوخة.
وصفة:
– 600 جرام ماء
-220 سكر
-220 جرام شوكولاتة داكنة 65٪ كاكاو
أضف الماء والسكر على نار خفيفة حتى الغليان.
ضعي الشوكولاتة في وعاء واسكبي عليها القطر المغلي.
تخلط جيداً وتعود للحرارة.
يغلي مرة أخرى لمدة 5 دقائق. سوف يثخن السائل ويأخذ شكل الشوكولاتة الساخنة.
اتركيها لتبرد ثم احفظيها في الثلاجة لمدة 3 ساعات على الأقل. ضع السائل في آلة صنع الآيس كريم. صب السوربيه في وعاء وخزنه في الفريزر. في وقت الاستخدام ، أخرج السوربيه قبل 20 دقيقة للحصول على أقصى قدر من النعومة!
