Clafoutis de cerejeira. A verdadeira....e a minha versão!

Com ou sem núcleos... Esse é o eterno dilema do clafoutis! Se vai ao Limousin e diz que vai fazer uma clafoutis com cerejas sem caroço, estou-me nas tintas! Assim, ofereço-vos a versão clássica desta sobremesa, com a pastelaria de base e as cerejas inteiras. Mas depois de o ter provado com ou sem os núcleos, posso dizer-vos que pessoalmente, não muda o sabor. Parece que o núcleo, ao cozinhar, deixa o sabor, mas ninguém sentiu a diferença... E sim, admito, prefiro um clafoutis sem núcleo, mais fácil de provar. Portanto, vou deixar-vos com a minha receita de clafoutis, que é menos tradicional. Assim terão a escolha e eu peço aos puristas que me deixem comer sem que eu tenha de cuspir as minhas fossas!
