Esta é uma das minhas sobremesas preferidas! Uma deliciosa fatia de pão de gengibre, servido quente e caramelizado com manteiga salgada, coberto com uma desconcertante colher de gelado! Vou deixá-lo descobrir na receita. Mas o mais perturbador é que todos conhecemos muito bem o sabor deste gelado, mas não o esperamos de modo algum na sobremesa. É muitas vezes difícil para o cérebro pôr um nome a este ingrediente familiar. Mas a mistura de sabores, texturas e temperaturas é verdadeiramente feliz!É simplesmente gelado de manjericão! Este gelado é realmente saboroso, e o sabor é simplesmente divino com a fragrância de pão de gengibre caramelizado em manteiga salgada!
