Há já algum tempo que tenho vindo a reduzir enormemente o meu consumo de carne. Não sou vegetariano, mas só como carne uma ou duas vezes por semana e prefiro qualidade. No entanto, continuarei a dar-vos receitas em recipientes, mas também começarei a afixar mais receitas vegetarianas, livremente baseadas naquelas que vejo à minha volta, mas com o prazer de as preparar pessoalmente! Na ementa, deliciosos tapetes com legumes, como espinafres cremosos, por exemplo.
Receita para uma dúzia de patties:
140g de farinha de aveia
40g de farelo de aveia
20g de farinha de arroz
1 colher de chá de pó de caril amarelo
sal, pimenta q.b.
1 colher de chá de alho frito
1 colher de chá de chalota frita
1 colher de chá de goma sio
330ml de água fria
2 ovos
1 pequeno grupo de cebolinho
1 cenoura
2 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva
Colocar a aveia enrolada, o farelo de aveia e a farinha de arroz no misturador.
Misturar finamente para obter um pó.
Acrescentar sal e caril em pó.
Adicionar condimentos: aqui adicionei alho frito, chalota frita e goma sio (uma mistura de sal e gergelim tostado).
Misturar bem, depois deitar na água e partir os dois ovos.
Misturar, adicionar pimenta e um pouco de cebolinho finamente picado.
Descascar a cenoura e cortá-la em fatias, depois em paus e depois em cubos pequenos.
Salte para a massa!
Um pouco de azeite de oliva.
Está pronto! Deixar a massa descansar durante 10 minutos. Se se tornar demasiado espesso, adicionar um pouco de água.
Verter a massa para uma frigideira com uma chuviscada de azeite em forma de patty.
Cozinhar durante 3 minutos e depois virá-los. Devem ser levemente tostados.
