A pasta de avelã é uma especialidade do Piemonte em Itália. não é comido como está, mas como a pralina, é a base de muitas receitas. São necessários apenas alguns minutos para fazer esta deliciosa massa doce, que será utilizada para pralines, gianduja, cremes de avelã, bolos e bolachas. Também pode colocar uma colher de chá num café para adoçá-lo, o café terá então um saboroso aroma de avelãs torradas!
Receita para 400 gramas de pasta de avelã.
-200g de avelãs assadas e descascadas (sem sal!!)
-200g de açúcar de confeiteiro
Se não tiver avelãs assadas e descascadas na loja ao lado, pode comprar avelãs e pô-las no forno a 180°C durante 10 minutos . Em seguida, coloque-os num pano limpo e esfregue-os bem. Depois descascar-se-ão a si próprios. Se não são todos eles são, nada de alarmante! Se os moer, não verá mais nada a não ser fogo.
Pesar as avelãs e o açúcar de confeiteiro.
Coloque tudo num liquidificador e corra durante 5-10 minutos até obter uma pasta muito macia. Coloquei todas as fotografias dos degraus pelos quais as nozes passam. Tudo depende de o poder do seu liquidificador, levará mais ou menos tempo!
Colocar a pasta de avelã num frasco com tampa e reservar num local fresco. Mantém-se durante bastante tempo, desde que o pacote de avelãs o diga!
Também pode fazer uma pasta de avelã não adoçada, colocando apenas as avelãs torradas e descascadas no liquidificador! O resultado será mais oleoso, mas pode ser usado para outras receitas!
