Como viram no meu blogue de culinária, sou uma aberração dos bolos e nunca vou acabar de explorar todas as combinações possíveis. Sugiro esta receita fácil com coco e chocolate branco. Isto vai derreter e deixar pequenas cavidades caramelizadas que são absolutamente deliciosas, especialmente com a manteiga semi-salgada deste delicioso bolo, que será perfeito para um lanche!
Receita para um bolo de 24cm:
215g de manteiga semi-salgada derretida
215g de açúcar de cana
5 ovos de 50g (250g no total)
300g de farinha
7g de fermento em pó
85g de coco seco, ralado
190g de pedaços de chocolate branco
Derreter a manteiga semi-salgada e misturá-la com o açúcar de cana.
Acrescentar os ovos.
Misturar e depois adicionar a farinha e o fermento em pó.
Acabar por adicionar o coco e o chocolate branco. Já usei pastilhas de Valrhona cortadas em pedaços, mas é possível usar pepitas, pedaços ou mesmo uma barra cortada em pedaços grandes.
Um golpe final da espátula e o trabalho está feito!
Verter na forma de cozer forrada com papel vegetal.
Cozer a 155°C durante 1 hora e depois 30 minutos a 120°C com vapor, se tiver esta opção. Em alternativa, colocar uma assadeira com água a ferver no fundo do forno durante os últimos 30 minutos. O bolo vai inchar muito bem!
Como é habitual nas minhas receitas de bolos, deixar arrefecer à temperatura ambiente, depois arrefecer durante a noite com película aderente para proteger dos odores. No dia seguinte será perfeito!
