لقد رأيته في مدونة الطهي الخاصة بي ، أنا مجنون بالكيك ولن أكمل استكشاف كل التركيبات الممكنة. أقدم لكم هذه الوصفة السهلة مع جوز الهند والشوكولاتة البيضاء. هذا الأخير سوف يذوب ويترك التجاويف الصغيرة بالكراميل لذيذة للغاية ، خاصة مع الزبدة شبه المملحة لهذه الكعكة اللذيذة والتي ستكون مثالية لتذوقها!
وصفة كعكة 24 سم:
215 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة ذائبة
215 جرام سكر قصب
5 بيضات من 50 جم (إجمالي 250 جم)
300 جرام طحين
7 جرام بيكنج بودر
85 جرام جوز هند مجفف مبشور
190 جرام شوكولاتة بيضاء مقطعة إلى قطع
نذوب الزبدة شبه المملحة ونخلطها مع قصب السكر.
أضف البيض.
اخلطي ثم أضيفي الدقيق والبيكنج باودر.
أنهي بإضافة جوز الهند والشوكولاتة البيضاء. أضع أقراص Valrhona هنا مقطعة إلى قطع ، لكن يمكنك وضع قطع صغيرة أو قطع أو حتى قرص مقطوع إلى قطع كبيرة.
ضربة أخيرة للملعقة وهذه هي المهمة!
تصب في صينية الخبز مبطنة بورق الزبدة.
اطبخ على درجة حرارة 155 درجة مئوية لمدة ساعة ثم 30 دقيقة عند 120 درجة مئوية بالبخار إذا كان لديك هذا الخيار. خلاف ذلك ، ضعي طبق غراتان مع الماء المغلي في قاع الفرن لمدة 30 دقيقة الأخيرة. سترتفع الكعكة جيدًا!
