Acabo de regressar da Islândia e estava a comer barras de aveia ao pequeno-almoço bastante semelhantes. Fiz a receita como habitualmente por instinto, colocando os ingredientes de uma forma um pouco aleatória (bem, ainda sei o que fazer e o que não fazer) e funciona muito bem. Isto é algures entre uma massa de biscoito e flapjacks (a receita para flapjacks é AQUI!). O resultado é um delicioso pequeno-almoço ou petisco. É rico, é achocolatado, é reconfortante, tudo o que eu gosto!
Receita para uma frigideira de 22cm:
250g de farinha de aveia
130g de farinha
150g de açúcar castanho
145g de manteiga semi-salgada
1 ovo de 50g
1 colher de chá de licor de baunilha
170g de chocolate de leite
Misturar um pouco a farinha de aveia. Não as triturar demasiado bem.
Um pó grosseiro é mais do que suficiente!
Ponha a aveia, açúcar mascavado, farinha, baunilha líquida e manteiga semi-salgada na tigela do seu processador de alimentos ou numa tigela.
Misturar com a folha ou à mão para revestir os flocos de manteiga. Acrescentar o ovo.
Misturar novamente para combinar a massa.
Verter as lascas de chocolate de leite.
Misture novamente.
Verter a massa para a assadeira forrada com papel vegetal.
Espalhe-o uniformemente na panela.
Cozer a 170°C durante 30 minutos.
Deixar arrefecer e cortar o bolo em pedaços.
Pode guardá-los durante 3-4 dias numa caixa hermética!
