لقد عدت للتو من أيسلندا وتناولت قطع شوفان متشابهة على الإفطار. لقد صنعت الوصفة كالمعتاد على غريزة ، مع وضع المكونات بشكل عشوائي قليلاً (حسنًا ، ما زلت أعرف ما يجب فعله وما لا أفعله) وهي تعمل بشكل جيد للغاية. نحن هنا بين عجينة البسكويت و flapjacks (وصفة الفطائر هنا !). والنتيجة لذيذة للإفطار أو كوجبة خفيفة. إنه غني ، إنه شوكولاتة ، إنه مريح ، كل ما أحبه !!
وصفة لقالب جانبي بطول 22 سم:
250 جرام شوفان
130 جرام طحين
150 جرام سكر بني
145 جرام زبدة نصف مملحة
1 بيضة سعة 50 جم
1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا سائلة
170 جرام شوكولاتة بالحليب
اخلطي الشوفان قليلا. لا تطحنهم إلى مسحوق ناعم جدًا.
مسحوق خشن أكثر من كافي!
في وعاء محضر الطعام أو في وعاء ، ضعي الشوفان والسكر البني والدقيق والفانيليا السائلة والزبدة شبه المملحة.
تخلط مع الورقة أو باليد لتغليف الرقائق بالزبدة. أضف البيض.
