Esta versão é rápida de preparar e faz um pudim de arroz cremoso, que fará as delícias de todos os fãs do pudim de arroz caseiro, como eu! Tenho esta receita desde adolescente (já passou algum tempo!!!) e adoro-a porque não é muito doce e o arroz é cremoso.
Receita para pudim de arroz numa frigideira:
-750ml de leite inteiro fresco (mesmo cru, se possível)
-200g de arroz especial de sobremesa
-1 feijão de baunilha
-90g de açúcar
Lavar o arroz em muita água, colocando-o numa peneira fina para que os grãos não escapem.
Cozer o arroz em água a ferver durante 5 minutos.
Escorra o arroz e devolva-o à panela com o leite.
O conselho de Bernard: quando tiver drenado o arroz e o tiver colocado de volta na panela com o leite, deixo-o descansar e vou fazer outra coisa. Desta forma, o arroz começa a inchar no leite e quando finalmente decido cozinhá-lo, leva muito menos tempo e tenho menos tempo para assistir com uma colher de pau…!
Adicionar a vagem de baunilha, dividida ao meio e raspada, vanilina drenada para o leite.
Deixar cozinhar em lume brando, mexendo regularmente.
Quando o leite estiver quase completamente absorvido, adicionar o açúcar.
Cozinhar durante mais 5 minutos até o pudim de arroz ter atingido a consistência desejada.
Servir quente ou frio com geleia ou compota de fruta!
Se o arroz se tornar demasiado firme durante a noite, não hesite em derramar leite sobre ele para o tornar novamente cremoso!
