يتم تحضير هذا الإصدار بسرعة ويقدم بودنغ الأرز الكريمي ، والذي سيسعد جميع محبي بودنغ الأرز محلي الصنع ، مثلي! لقد تلقيت هذه الوصفة منذ أن كنت مراهقًا (لقد مرت فترة من الوقت !!) وأحبها لأنها ليست حلوة جدًا والأرز كريمي جدًا.
وصفة بودنغ الأرز في المقلاة:
– 750 مل من الحليب كامل الدسم الطازج (الخام حتى لو أمكن)
– 200 جرام أرز حلو خاص
– 1 حبة فانيليا
– 90 جرام سكر
اغسلي الأرز بكمية كبيرة من الماء وضعيه في مصفاة ناعمة حتى لا تتسرب الحبوب منه.
يُطهى الأرز في الماء المغلي لمدة 5 دقائق.
يُصفّى الأرز ثم يُعاد إلى المقلاة مع الحليب.
نصيحة من برنارد: عندما قمت بتصفية الأرز ووضعه مرة أخرى في المقلاة مع الحليب ، تركت كل شيء يستريح وسأقوم بشيء آخر … بهذه الطريقة ، يبدأ الأرز في الانتفاخ في الحليب وعندما قررت أخيرًا طهيه ، يستغرق الأمر وقتًا أقل بكثير ولدي القليل لمشاهدته بملعقة خشبية …!
أضيفي جراب الفانيليا مقسومًا إلى نصفين وكشط ، وأفرغ الفانيلين في الحليب.
يُطهى على نار خفيفة مع التحريك بانتظام.
عندما يتم امتصاص الحليب بالكامل تقريبًا ، أضف السكر.
يُطهى لمدة 5 دقائق أخرى حتى يتماسك الأرز باللبن.
قدميها دافئة أو باردة مع مربى أو جيلي الفاكهة!
إذا تجمد الأرز كثيرًا طوال الليل ، فلا تتردد في سكبه الحليب حتى يستعيد قوامه الكريمي بالكامل !!
