Ahora hace calor y siempre estoy soñando con un helado. Y uno de mis favoritos es el del yogur, ¡tan congelado! Sencillo y rápido de preparar, si tienes una heladera o una máquina de hacer helados, ¡el yogur helado estará listo en 20 minutos! El único inconveniente (¡que no es un inconveniente para mí!) es que hay que comerlo en las dos horas siguientes a su elaboración. Como no lo endulzo mucho y no uso ningún aditivo para mantenerlo blando, el yogur congelado se endurece bastante rápido en el congelador. Pero con este tiempo, no hay posibilidad de que quede nada…
Receta de yogur congelado:
-875g de yogur natural batido -125g de azúcar -¡y ya está!
Instrucción:
Mezclar el azúcar y el yogur removido. Incluso puedes utilizar yogur batido 0%.
Cuando el azúcar se licua, ¡está bien!
Ponerlo en la heladera o en la máquina de hacer helados.
Hasta que tenga la consistencia perfecta.
El yogur congelado estará mejor cuando salga de la máquina o antes de dos horas si se guarda en el congelador. Después de este tiempo, el contenido de azúcar (bastante bajo) hace que el helado se endurezca mucho… Debe dejarse a temperatura ambiente durante 15 minutos antes de comerlo. Pero, de nuevo, ¡es al salir que es perfecto!
Sin turbina ni heladora: se puede hacer yogur helado metiéndolo en un plato en el congelador y raspándolo cada media hora hasta tener una especie de granizado. La consistencia no será tan suave como en una máquina, ¡pero es una buena ayuda!
