¿Qué mejor manera de disfrutar de una merienda veraniega que con un delicioso trozo de tarta? Para los niños serán deliciosos recuerdos, y tú también disfrutarás haciéndolos y probándolos. Hace un año os hice el cuatro cuartos definitivo (receta AQUÍ) y esta vez me desvié un poco de la receta básica para añadir almendra en polvo y pepitas de chocolate que no se caen al fondo. Muy sencillo de hacer, el resultado es como me gusta: rodajas limpias y suaves. Sólo asegúrate de prepararlo el día anterior para obtener un resultado perfecto. Yo lo horneo a baja temperatura durante más tiempo y lo dejo reposar en la nevera toda la noche antes de abalanzarme sobre él.
Receta para un molde de 23 cm:
310 g de harina
6g de polvo de hornear
60g de polvo de almendra
250 g de huevo
250g de azúcar moreno
250 g de mantequilla semisalada
180 g de chips de chocolate
Coloque la harina, la levadura en polvo y la almendra en polvo en un bol o en el bol de su robot de cocina.
Mezclar y añadir los 250 g de huevo (aproximadamente 5 huevos).
Mezclar con un procesador de alimentos o una cuchara. Verter el azúcar moreno y mezclar de nuevo.
Añade la mantequilla semi-salada derretida.
Mezclar y verter los trozos de chocolate.
Una última mezcla, esta vez llegando bien al fondo del bol con un marysee.
Verter en un molde forrado de 23 cm.
Hornee durante 50 minutos a 155°C y luego durante 20 minutos a 155°C + vapor si tiene esta opción. Esto hará un pastel increíble. Sin la función de vapor, añade una pequeña fuente en el fondo del horno con agua hirviendo para crear algo de vapor. El pastel se horneó durante un total de 1h10.
Deja que se enfríe por completo y luego ponlo en film transparente en la nevera durante toda la noche antes de comerlo. Al igual que con la tarta de libra definitiva, su textura cambiará y será perfecta.
