Que melhor maneira de desfrutar de um lanche de Verão do que com uma deliciosa fatia de bolo? Para as crianças, elas serão memórias deliciosas, e você também gostará de as fazer e provar. Fiz-lhe o último quatro quartos (receita AQUI) há cerca de um ano e desta vez desviei-me um pouco da receita básica para adicionar pó de amêndoa e lascas de chocolate que não caem no fundo. Muito simples de fazer, o resultado é exactamente como eu gosto: fatias limpas e macias. Basta prepará-lo na véspera para obter esse resultado perfeito. Cozinho-o num forno baixo durante mais tempo e deixo-o sentar-se no frigorífico durante a noite, antes de lhe dar um empurrão em cima!
Receita para um molde de 23cm:
310g de farinha
6g de fermento em pó
60g de pó de amêndoa
250g de ovo
250g de açúcar castanho
250g de manteiga semi-salgada
180g de lascas de chocolate
Coloque a farinha, fermento em pó e amêndoa em pó numa tigela ou na tigela do seu processador de alimentos.
Misturar e adicionar os 250g de ovo (cerca de 5 ovos).
Misturar com um processador de alimentos ou uma colher. Verter o açúcar mascavado e misturar novamente.
Adicionar a manteiga semi-salgada derretida.
Misturar e deitar as lascas de chocolate.
Uma mistura final, desta vez indo bem até ao fundo da tigela com um marysee.
Verter para uma lata de bolo forrada de 23cm.
Cozer durante 50 minutos a 155°C e depois durante 20 minutos a 155°C + vapor, se tiver esta opção. Isto fará um bolo incrível. Sem a função de vapor, adicionar um pequeno prato no fundo do forno com água a ferver para criar algum vapor. O bolo foi cozido por um total de 1h10.
Deixar arrefecer completamente e depois colocá-lo em película aderente no frigorífico durante a noite antes de comer. Tal como com o derradeiro bolo de libra, a sua textura vai mudar e ser perfeita!
