¡Este es un pastel que me encanta! ¡Un pastel muy suave y por lo tanto dulce! Para los que tenían dudas, ¡sí es un postre! ¿Y por qué calabacines? ¿Por qué no? Comemos bien el pastel de zanahoria. Este también es de Estados Unidos y hace tiempo que quería hacerlo para mi blog. Así que aquí está esta deliciosa receta. Además, es una forma estupenda de hacer que los niños coman verduras.
Receta de pastel de calabacín:
-380g de harina -410g de azúcar -3 huevos grandes -225g de aceite -1 cucharadita de vainilla líquida -430g de calabacines -2-3 cucharaditas de canela -1 cc de polvo de hornear -1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio -1 cucharadita de sal -110g de nueces
Poner en un bol la harina, la canela, la sal, el bicarbonato y la levadura en polvo.
Mezclar bien.
En un recipiente aparte, colocar los huevos, la vainilla, el azúcar y el aceite.
Remover para obtener una mezcla homogénea.
Lavar los calabacines y quitarles las dos puntas.
Rallarlos calabacines con un rallador de queso.
Apretar los calabacines rallados entre las manospara sacar el jugo. ¡Pesar los calabacines exprimidos!
Poner el aparato líquido en la mezcla seca.
Mezclar bien con un batidor.
Añadir los calabacines exprimidos.
Mezclar y añadir las nueces picadas.
Verter en un molde forrado con papel de horno. Es necesario que el pSi sobra masa,podemos hacer magdalenas.
Cocinero en 180 grados durante 30 a 40 minutos. Sólo hay que meter un cuchillo y ver que la hoja sale limpia.èche.
