Este é um bolo que eu adoro! Um bolo muito macio e, portanto, doce! Para aqueles que tinham dúvidas, sim, é uma sobremesa! E porquê abobrinhas? Bem, porque não? Comemos bem bolo de cenoura. Este também é dos EUA e há muito tempo que o queria fazer para o meu blogue. Por isso, aqui está esta deliciosa receita. Além disso, é uma óptima maneira de levar as crianças a comer vegetais!
Receita de bolo de abobrinha:
-380g de farinha -410g de açúcar -3 ovos grandes -225g de óleo -1 colher de chá de baunilha líquida -430g de abobrinhas -2-3 colheres de chá de canela -1 cc de fermento em pó -1 tsp. bicarbonato de sódio -1 colher de chá de sal -110g de nozes
Colocar a farinha, canela, sal, bicarbonato de sódio e fermento em pó numa tigela.
Misturar bem.
Numa tigela separada, colocar os ovos, baunilha, açúcar e óleo.
Agitar para obter uma mistura homogénea.
Lavar as aboborinhas e remover ambas as extremidades.
Ralaras courgettes com um ralador de queijo.
Aperte as abobrinhas raladas entre as suas mãospara remover o sumo. Pesar as abobrinhas espremidas!
Colocar o aparelho líquido na mistura seca.
Misturar bem com um batedor.
Acrescentar as abobrinhas espremidas.
Misturar e adicionar as nozes picadas.
Verter para um molde forrado com papel vegetal. É necessário que o pSe sobrar alguma massa,podemos fazer muffins!
Cook em 180 graus durante 30 a 40 minutos. Basta enfiar uma faca e ver que a lâmina sai limpa.èche.
