Un pastel listo para el horno en 10 minutos. Es realmente rápido y fácil y el resultado es rico y delicioso. No lo he puesto en la foto, pero puedes servirlo con un coulis de arándanos, estará aún mejor. Este pastel es un poco como una mezcla de cuatro cuartos y tarta de queso. Se cubre con arándanos que se cocinan con él. Puedes usar más de lo que aparece en las fotos, ya he cambiado las proporciones para que tengas más. Los arándanos frescos tienden a mantenerse bastante parecidos antes y después de la cocción, y puedes poner sin problemas arándanos congelados que harán más bien un coulis natural. ¡Perfecto para una merienda decadente!
Para un molde de 23 cm:
Masa para tartas
260 g de harina
235g de azúcar moreno
150 g de mantequilla semisalada
190g de leche fermentada
2 cucharaditas de vainilla líquida
2 huevos
6g de levadura
Queso crema :
300 g de queso crema
100g de azúcar
1 huevo
1 vaina de vainilla
350 g de arándanos
60g de almendras fileteadas
Para la masa del pastel, mezclar la harina y el azúcar moreno.
Añadir los huevos, la mantequilla derretida y la leche fermentada.
Añadir también la vainilla y la levadura.
Un buen látigo y ya está.
Para la crema, mezclar el queso crema y el azúcar.
Añadir el interior de una vaina de vainilla y un huevo grande.
Mezcla bien y ya está.
Poner un trozo de papel de horno en el fondo de un molde de borde desmontable. Unte con mantequilla y enharine el borde interior.
Vierta la masa en la sartén.
Añadir la nata, procurando que quede en el centro.
A continuación, extienda hasta 1 cm del borde.
Añadir los arándanos frescos o congelados. Puedes añadir muchos más si lo deseas. Los frescos no se mueven mucho. Con los congelados se obtiene más bien un coulis.
Añadir las almendras alrededor del borde.
Hornear durante 1 hora a 170°C.
Dejar enfriar y desmoldar.
Enfríelo durante al menos dos horas (o toda la noche) antes de cortarlo en rodajas.
