Um bolo pronto para o forno em 10 minutos. É realmente rápido e fácil e o resultado é rico e delicioso. Não o coloquei na fotografia, mas pode servi-lo com um coulis de mirtilo, será ainda melhor. Este bolo é um pouco como uma mistura de quatro quartos e cheesecake. É coberta com mirtilos que irão cozinhar com ela. Pode usar mais do que o mostrado nas fotos, já mudei as proporções para que tenha mais. Os mirtilos frescos tendem a permanecer bastante semelhantes antes e depois da cozedura, e pode colocar em segurança mirtilos congelados que farão mais coulis naturais. Perfeito para um lanche decadente!
Para um molde de 23cm:
Batedor de bolo
260g de farinha
235g de açúcar castanho
150g de manteiga semi-salgada
190g de leite fermentado
2 colheres de chá de baunilha líquida
2 ovos
6g levedura
Queijo creme :
300g de creme de queijo
100g de açúcar
1 ovo
1 vagem de baunilha
350g de mirtilos
60g de amêndoas fendidas
Para a massa do bolo, misturar a farinha e o açúcar mascavado.
Adicionar os ovos, a manteiga derretida e o leite fermentado.
Acrescentar também a baunilha e o fermento.
Um bom chicote e mais nada!
Para as natas, misturar o queijo creme e o açúcar.
Adicionar o interior de uma vagem de baunilha e um ovo grande.
Misture bem e está feito.
Colocar um pedaço de papel vegetal no fundo de uma forma de aro amovível. Manteiga e farinha na borda interior.
Verter a massa para a frigideira.
Acrescentar o creme, tentando mantê-lo no centro.
Depois espalhar até 1 cm da borda.
Acrescentar os mirtilos frescos ou congelados. Pode acrescentar muito mais, se desejar. Os frescos não se movem muito. Com os congelados, obtém-se mais coulis.
Acrescentar as amêndoas à volta do bordo.
Cozer durante 1 hora a 170°C.
Deixar arrefecer e depois remover do molde.
Arrefecê-lo durante pelo menos duas horas (ou durante a noite) antes de o cortar em fatias.
