Acabo de regresar de un breve viaje a Italia y también estoy en la fase final de la escritura de mi libro, que saldrá a la venta en marzo y del que os hablaré muy pronto. Esto me ha dejado con un poco menos de tiempo para publicar, ¡aunque las ideas se acumulan! Se trata de la sbrisolona que proviene de Lombardía y cuyo nombre deriva de la palabra "brisa" que significa migas. Como puede ver, es una especie de gran pastel dulce para partir en trozos y compartir. Es realmente delicioso para una merienda. Hay almendras, limón, un poco de vainilla y, sobre todo, harina de maíz fina, que aporta una textura crujiente. He hecho algunas pruebas en mi taller para daros la versión que me gusta.
