Acabo de regressar de uma curta viagem a Itália e estou também na fase final de escrita do meu livro, que será lançado em Março, e muito em breve vos contarei tudo sobre ele. Isto deixou-me com um pouco menos de tempo para afixar, embora as ideias se estejam a acumular! Esta é a sbrisolona que vem da Lombardia e cujo nome deriva da palavra "brisa" que significa migalhas. Como podem ver, é uma espécie de grande bolo doce a ser partido em pedaços e partilhado. É realmente delicioso para um lanche. Há amêndoas, limão, um pouco de baunilha e sobretudo farinha de milho fina, o que acrescenta uma textura crocante. Fiz alguns testes na minha oficina para vos dar a versão de que gosto!
