Makis invertidos de aguacate, salmón y salsa Samurai
Había probado estos makis invertidos en un restaurante "fusión" de Santiago de Chile con dos amigos. Aunque no son muy tradicionales, estaban realmente deliciosos. En el blog, he propuesto maki japonés con salmón al chile y gimbaps coreanos con pollo. Dos técnicas similares, pero con arroz con vinagre para el primero y con aceite de sésamo para el segundo. Como es evidente que nos hemos subido al carro de la "fusión de alimentos", quería probar un arroz a la vez avinagrado (en menor proporción) y con sabor a aceite de sésamo. El resultado es perfecto para mí. Aquí, con gambas crujientes y salmón cocido y ahumado, el maki es rico, pero decadente y apetecible.
