لقد تذوقت هذه الماكيس المقلوبة في مطعم "فيوجن" في سانتياغو ، تشيلي مع صديقين. على الرغم من أنها ليست تقليدية للغاية ، إلا أنها كانت لذيذة حقًا. لقد اقترحت عليك على المدونة ، سمك السلمون الياباني والفلفل الحار ماكيس والدجاج الكوري. طريقتان متشابهتان ، لكن مع الأرز بالخل للأول وزيت السمسم للأرز. نظرًا لأننا نتعامل هنا بشكل واضح مع "الطعام المندمج" ، فقد أردت اختبار الأرز مع كل من الخل (بنسب أقل) وكلاهما مع زيت السمسم. النتيجة مثالية بالنسبة لي. هنا مع القريدس المقرمش وسمك السلمون المطبوخ وسمك السلمون المدخن ، فإن الماكيس غنية بالتأكيد ، ولكنها منحلة وشهية إلى الكمال.
