¿Le apetece una buena ensalada y algo de verde en su plato? Sugiero mi ensalada de col rizada con edamame, aguacate y nueces. Había comido uno similar en Nueva York y no podía esperar a hacerlo de nuevo. Aquí hago una deliciosa salsa con aceite de oliva, vinagre balsámico, tahini y un toque dulce de sirope de agave. Por lo tanto, es apto para veganos. Pero, sobre todo, es una ensalada que hará una verdadera comida. Se habla mucho de la col rizada, y espero que no sea sólo una moda, porque la encuentro muy sustanciosa y saciante.
