Quer uma boa salada e um pouco de verde no seu prato? Sugiro a minha salada de couve com edamame, abacate e nozes pecans. Tinha comido um semelhante em Nova Iorque e mal podia esperar para o fazer novamente. Aqui faço um molho delicioso com azeite, vinagre balsâmico, tahini e um doce toque de xarope de agave. É portanto adequado para veganos. Mas acima de tudo é uma salada que fará uma verdadeira refeição. Fala-se muito de couve, e espero que não seja apenas uma moda, pois acho-a muito calorosa e cheia. Tinha-lhe feito umas batatas fritas de couve ultra crocantes no meu livro Vegemite e também lhas tinha oferecido em vídeo num facebook ao vivo no dia 11 de Outubro de 2017 que pode encontrar AQUI.
