Hace poco que descubrí estas patatas fritas en Estados Unidos. Me enamoré inmediatamente de ellos, ya que podía disfrutarlos sin complejos, al ser secos y no fritos. Pero dado el precio del paquete y el hecho de que tenía que ir allí a por ellos, tenía que encontrar la manera de hacerlos en casa. La col rizada, que recientemente se ha puesto de moda, es ahora muy fácil de comprar. Me sorprendió mucho obtener inmediatamente un resultado aún mejor que el comercial. Yo añado semillas de girasol y pimiento rojo para obtener unas patatas fritas ultra crujientes y sabrosas, perfectas para un aperitivo colorido. Son maravillosamente crujientes y suelen impresionar a todo el mundo.
