لقد اكتشفت هذه الرقائق مؤخرًا في الولايات المتحدة. لقد وقعت في حبهم على الفور ، لأنني استطعت تذوقهم بدون تعقيد ، حيث يتم تجفيفهم وليس مقلية. ولكن نظرًا لسعر الحزمة وحقيقة الاضطرار إلى الذهاب إلى هناك للحصول على البعض ، كان علي أن أجد طريقة لصنعها في المنزل. اليوم من السهل جدًا شراء اللفت ، هذا الملفوف المجعد الذي عاد مؤخرًا إلى الموضة. لقد فوجئت جدًا بالحصول على نتيجة أفضل من التجارة على الفور. أقوم بإضافة بذور عباد الشمس والفلفل الأحمر للحصول على رقائق مقرمشة ولذيذة للغاية ، مما يجعلها مثالية للمقبلات الملونة. إنها مقرمشة بشكل رائع وتذهل الجميع بشكل عام !!
