El verano se acerca rápidamente y aún es tiempo de disfrutarlo. ¿Y qué puede ser más veraniego que una quiche llena de tomates cherry bañados por el sol? Con queso Sainte Maure y tomates secos marinados en aceite de oliva, todo ello en una masa casera bien untada, ¡tendrá la quiche perfecta! Crujiente, rico, fundente.
Quiche para 4 personas :
Pegar :
250 g de harina
125 g de mantequilla semisalada
1 huevo
15g de agua
Migaine :
300 ml de nata líquida
3 huevos
200g de Sainte Maure de Touraine
150 g de tomates secos marinados en aceite de oliva
1 manojo de tomates cherry
sal pimienta
romero, orégano
Prepare la masa poniendo la harina y la mantequilla semi-salada en trozos en el bol de su robot de cocina o en un recipiente.
Mezclar con la hoja o con la punta de los dedos para obtener una mezcla arenosa.
Añadir el huevo y el agua.
Mezclar de nuevo para obtener una pasta homogénea.
Sin esperar (¡a no ser que haga mucho calor!) extiende la masa con un poco de harina sobre papel de horno.
Para esta receta, he utilizado un marco de 23 x 9 cm. También puedes utilizar un molde clásico o un molde para tartas. Engrasarlo un poco con un desmoldante o mantequilla. Colócalo en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear.
Colocar la masa, procurando que se adhiera lo más posible al marco, y que tenga un ángulo recto en la parte inferior.
Cortar el exceso con un cuchillo. Poner en la nevera mientras se hace el resto.
Mezclar la nata líquida con los huevos y añadir sal y pimienta al gusto.
Cortar en trozos los tomates secos marinados en aceite de oliva. No los limpie si hay aceite. Será aún mejor.
Sube a la migraña.
Espolvorear con orégano y romero.
Cortar la Sainte Maure (de Touraine) en trozos, eliminando la hebra de paja.
Dirigiéndose a la migaine. mezclar bien.
Verter en la masa.
Coge un puñado de tomates cherry y colócalos en la quiche.
Con todo el queso y los tomates secos en el fondo, se quedarán en la parte superior.
Hornear durante 1 hora a 180°C.
Pasar a una rejilla para hornear y retirar con cuidado de la rejilla.
Dejar enfriar y disfrutar con una buena ensalada. Una delicia caliente o fría.
