O Verão aproxima-se rapidamente e ainda é tempo de o desfrutar. E o que poderia ser mais sumarento do que uma quiche cheia de tomates cereja cobertos de sol? Com queijo Sainte Maure e tomates secos ao sol marinados em azeite, tudo numa pastelaria caseira bem temperada, terá a quiche perfeita! Crocante, rico, derretido.
Quiche para 4 pessoas :
Colar :
250g de farinha
125g de manteiga semi-salgada
1 ovo
15g de água
Migaine :
300ml de creme completo
3 ovos
200g de Sainte Maure de Touraine
150g de tomate seco marinado em azeite de oliva
1 ramo de tomates cereja
sal, pimenta
rosmaninho, orégãos
Prepare a massa, colocando a farinha e a manteiga semi-salgada em pedaços na tigela do seu processador de alimentos ou num recipiente.
Misturar com a folha ou com a ponta dos dedos para obter uma mistura arenosa.
Adicionar o ovo e a água.
Misturar novamente para obter uma pasta homogénea.
Sem esperar (a menos que esteja muito quente!) enrolar a massa com um pouco de farinha sobre papel vegetal.
Para esta receita, utilizei uma moldura de 23 x 9cm. Também se pode usar um molde clássico ou uma forma de bolo. Unte-o um pouco com um agente desmoldante ou manteiga. Colocá-lo sobre um tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.
Colocar a massa, tentando aderir o mais possível à moldura, e ter um ângulo recto no fundo.
Cortar o excesso com uma faca. Colocar no frigorífico enquanto se faz o resto.
Misturar o creme completo com os ovos e adicionar sal e pimenta a gosto.
Cortar os tomates secos ao sol marinados em azeite em pedaços. Não os limpe se houver petróleo. Será ainda melhor!
Lúpulo na enxaqueca.
Polvilhar com orégãos e rosmaninho.
Corte a Sainte Maure (de Touraine) em pedaços, removendo o cordão de palha!
Rumo à enxaqueca. misturar bem.
Verter para a massa.
Pegar num monte de tomates cereja e colocá-los na quiche.
Com todos os queijos e tomates secos ao sol no fundo, eles ficarão em cima.
Cozer durante 1 hora a 180°C.
Deslizar para um tabuleiro e retirar suavemente do tabuleiro.
Deixar arrefecer e apreciar com uma boa salada. Um deleite delicioso, quente ou frio.
