¡Seguimos con las quiches gruesas! Hoy es una deliciosa quiche de brócoli, jamón y roquefort. Por supuesto, se puede variar, pero esta composición funciona muy bien. Por supuesto, tiene que gustarte el roquefort, pero puedes cambiarlo por un queso más suave como el gorgonzola. Receta de una gran quiche (!!) con brócoli, jamón y queso roquefort:
un hojaldre (la receta casera AQUÍ) -2 cabezas de brócoli -1/2 nudillo de jamón -1 loncha (o 1+1/2) de queso Roquefort o Bleu d’Auvergne -6 huevos -600g de nata líquida – sal, pimienta, nuez moscada
Cocer el brócoli al vapor durante 12 minutos.
En cuanto estén cocidas, córtalas en trozos gruesos.
Preparar la migaine mezclando los huevos y la nata.
Cortar el codillo de jamón en trozos pequeños. Por supuesto, se pueden utilizar lonchas gruesas de jamón.
Cortar el queso en trozos.
Añadir el jamón y el queso a la crema.
A continuación, el brócoli (aunque todavía esté caliente).
Salpimentar y añadir nuez moscada recién rallada.
Cerrar en el círculo de 24 cm de diámetro y 4,5 cm de altura, oscurecido con masa (forrado con hojaldre).
Hornear a 190-200°C durante 50 minutos, o hasta que el centro esté casi completamente libre de temblores.
