¡Hola a todos! Debo admitir que en este momento es un poco una carrera cada día con mi libro de bebé a punto de nacer… Entre la angustia y el asombro, al final del día, ¡necesito chocolate! ¡Así que sí, ya he propuesto un montón de recetas de «fondant» de chocolate en el blog, pero aquí no uso mantequilla, sino mascarpone y una buena cantidad de pasta de praliné! Al horno, y ahí va mi pralinoise del horno. Disfrútelo frío con una porción de crema pastelera… Una receta fácil. La próxima semana, un plato vietnamita y más por venir…
Antes de añadir el mascarpone, asegúrese de que el chocolate esté lo suficientemente caliente, ya que esto derretirá el mascarpone. Si el chocolate está caliente, el mascarpone frío hará que se endurezca. Si esto ocurre, no te asustes. Luego, ¡sólo hay que volver a ponerlo en el microondas o al baño María!
Añadir la pasta de praliné (aquí es obviamente «casera»). ¡Para la receta está AQUÍ!
Añadir los huevos uno a uno, mezclando cada vez.
A continuación, terminar con el azúcar glas y el polvo de almendras (escondido bajo el azúcar).
Verter en el molde forrado con papel de hornear. Para esta receta he utilizado mi sartén de 16 cm. Si duplicas las proporciones, puedes utilizar un molde de 22 o 23 cm.
Hornear a 150°C durante 20 minutos, vigilando. La pralinoise no debe estar demasiado cocida. Debe temblar en el centro como un flan.
Deje que se enfríe por completo antes de servirlo con un flan, por ejemplo. Una delicia.
