Olá a todos! Devo admitir que neste momento é um pouco de corrida todos os dias com o meu livro de bebé prestes a nascer… Entre a angústia e a maravilha, no fim de contas, preciso de chocolate! Então sim, já propus muitas receitas de chocolate “fondant” no blog, mas aqui não uso manteiga, mas mas mascarpone e uma boa quantidade de pasta de pralina! Para dentro do forno, e lá vai a minha pralinoise do forno. Desfrute-o fresco com um bocado de creme de leite… Uma receita fácil! Na próxima semana, um prato vietnamita e mais para vir…
Antes de adicionar o mascarpone, certifique-se de que o chocolate está suficientemente quente, pois isto derreterá o mascarpone. Se o chocolate estiver quente, o mascarpone frio vai torná-lo mais duro. Se isto acontecer, não entrem em pânico! Depois basta voltar a pô-lo no microondas ou em banho-maria!
Acrescentar a pasta de pralina (aqui é obviamente “caseira”). Para a receita, é AQUI!
Acrescentar os ovos um a um, misturando cada vez.
Em seguida, terminar com o açúcar em pó de gelo e amêndoa (escondido debaixo do açúcar).
Verter na forma de cozer forrada com papel vegetal. Para esta receita utilizei a minha panela de 16cm. Se duplicar as proporções, pode usar um molde de 22 ou 23cm.
Cozer a 150°C durante 20 minutos, mantendo um olho atento. A pralinoise não deve ser demasiado cozida! Deve estar a tremer no centro como um flan.
Deixar arrefecer completamente antes de servir com um creme de ovos, por exemplo! Uma delícia!
