¡La primavera ya está aquí y me dan ganas de comer bien! ¡Como todas las estaciones me dirás! Esto no es realmente una receta, sino más bien el plato que hice para mí un almuerzo de domingo. Un rápido viaje al mercado y volví con unos hermosos espárragos verdes, que me encantan, y un pollo de corral. Un poco de color con un boniato y aquí estoy con una comida que me ha gustado. Y como muchos de vosotros me escribís preguntando por algunos aspectos básicos, ¡aquí tenéis una forma sencilla de cocinar el pollo para obtener un resultado sabroso y una carne jugosa!
Receta para 4 personas:
1 pollo de corral
2 manojos de espárragos verdes
1 batata grande
1 cabeza de ajos
sal pimienta
aceite de oliva
30 g de mantequilla semisalada
¡De vuelta del mercado para esta buena comida!
Colocar el pollo en una fuente de horno. Rocíalo con aceite de oliva y masajea bien, incluso por debajo. Salpimentar por todos los lados. Poner un poco de mantequilla por encima. Poner la cabeza de ajo entera, parcialmente pelada, en un poco de aceite de oliva.
Introducir la fuente en el horno en frío y luego meterla en el horno a 180°C sin precalentar durante un total de 1h15. Pero volveremos a hacerlo después de 30 minutos para añadir los boniatos.
Para los espárragos, ¡nada más fácil!
Tómalos en tus manos y gíralos hacia la base.
Esto se romperá naturalmente en el lugar correcto. En general, el tallo es más blando, excepto en los espárragos recién cosechados. Al romperlos, te deshaces de la parte mala. Intenta estar lo más cerca posible del pie para perder lo menos posible.
Pelar y trocear los boniatos.
Rociar con un poco de aceite de oliva.
Después de 30 minutos de cocción, retire el pollo del horno.
Darle la vuelta y añadir los boniatos. Recoger parte de la grasa para rociar la carne. Puedes añadir un poco de agua.
Vuelva a meterlo en el horno durante otros 45 minutos. En este punto el conjunto comienza a cocinarse bien. El pollo ya ha estado en el horno durante 1 hora y 15 minutos. Dar la vuelta al pollo de nuevo para la cocción final.
Aumentar la temperatura del horno a 210°C. Cuando esté a temperatura, coloque el pollo en ella durante 15 minutos. Esto le da tiempo a cocinar los espárragos. Vierta un poco de aceite en una sartén grande.
Colocar los espárragos y saltearlos a fuego alto.
Deben estar ligeramente tostados. El tiempo de cocción ideal para que queden crujientes es de 8 a 9 minutos. Añade un poco de sal.
¡Es hora de comer! Sirve el pollo, que normalmente está un poco asado, con su guarnición de boniato y espárragos verdes fritos.
