¡Apenas una receta real, sino más bien una idea de cómo comer los piquillos a la parrilla que quedarán después de las tartas de fresas silvestres! Un entrante preparado en 2 minutos con lo que hay en la alacena… ¡Suponiendo que tengamos piquillos en ellos…! ¡Una entrada divertida para los niños que querrán devorar estos sombreros de elfo!
Gracias a Chloé, que me presentó la mezcla de Saint Môret y atún… No soy fan del atún en lata, pero esta combinación es deliciosa. ¡Y mucho menos graso y asqueroso que el atún/mayonesa…!
Receta de piquillos rellenos de atún:
-10 a 12 piquillos a la parrilla
-250g de atún enlatado en salmuera -225g de Saint Môret (clásico o bajo en grasa) -sal pimienta -basil para el color
Para empezar, aquí están los piquillos, una variedad de pimientos y ya están asados en latas. (¡G.Detou!).
Poner el atún en lata y el Saint Môret en un recipiente….
Aplastar con un tenedor y añadir sal y pimienta.
Después de este esfuerzo, si aún queda energía suficiente, rellena los piquillos con una cuchara.
Y guárdalos en la nevera si no quieres comerlos de inmediato.
Servir tal cual o con una hoja de albahaca para darle color.
