Dificilmente uma receita real, mas antes uma ideia de como comer os piquillos grelhados que permanecerão depois das tortas de morango selvagem! Uma entrada preparada em 2 minutos plana com o que está no armário. Assumindo que temos piquillos neles…! Uma entrada engraçada para crianças que vão querer devorar estes chapéus de duende!
Graças a Chloé, que me apresentou a mistura de Saint Môret e atum… Não sou fã de conservas de atum, mas esta combinação é deliciosa! E muito menos gordo e nojento do que atum/mayonnaise!
Receita para piquillos recheados com atum:
-10 a 12 piquillos grelhados
-250g de atum em lata em salmoura -225g de Saint Môret (clássico ou com pouca gordura!) -sal, pimenta -basil para cor
Para começar, aqui estão os piquillos, uma variedade de pimentos e eles já estão assados em latas. (G.Detou!).
Coloque o atum enlatado e o Saint Môret num contentor….
Massa com um garfo e adicionar sal e pimenta.
Depois deste esforço, se ainda houver energia suficiente, encha os piquillos com uma colher.
E coloque-os no frigorífico se não os quiser comer imediatamente!
