Siempre estoy buscando experimentar en mi cocina y tengo una cantidad increíble de recetas que no publico en mi blog de cocina. Y una de mis preocupaciones es la tarta. Nunca encuentro la consistencia adecuada: es demasiado mantecoso, demasiado aireado, demasiado pesado, demasiado desmenuzable… Entonces, por una vez, puse mi dedo en esta receta de pastel que finalmente me queda bien, ¡la comparto de inmediato! No podemos poner las semillas de amapola y sustituir el limón por naranja por ejemplo. También podemos imaginarnos un glaseado de limón encima para recubrir este delicioso bizcocho. Yo lo prefiero sin pero gratis para ti! En cualquier caso, estoy contento con esta receta y la guardaré con mucho cariño.
Receta de pastel de limón:
-4 huevos
-300g de azúcar
– la ralladura de 4 limones sin tratar
-130g de crema espesa Isigny (40%)
-70g mantequilla derretida
-230g de harina
-2g de sal
-5g de levadura en polvo
-20g de semillas de amapola (¡esto es opcional!)
En un bol ponemos los huevos (en la foto hice la mitad de la receta, de ahí los dos huevos), la nata espesa Isigny, la ralladura de los limones y el azúcar.
Mezclar bien y agregar la mantequilla derretida.
Mezclar la harina, la sal y el polvo de hornear por separado.
Agregue esta mezcla seca a la mezcla líquida.
Mezclar bien y agregar las semillas de amapola.
¡La masa está lista!
Vierta la masa en un molde para pastel forrado con papel pergamino.
Hornear a 190°C durante 40 minutos. De lo contrario, simplemente clava la hoja de un cuchillo en el pastel, si sale seco, ¡está cocido!
Desmolda y retira el papel. Entonces vete enfriar sobre una rejilla antes de servir caliente o frío.
Este bizcocho se mantendrá durante varios días en film estirable.
