Estou sempre à procura de formas de experimentar na minha cozinha e tenho um número incrível de receitas que não publico no meu blogue de culinária. E uma das minhas preocupações é o bolo. Nunca encontro a consistência certa: ou é demasiado amanteigado, demasiado arejado, demasiado pesado, demasiado esfarrapado… Por isso, por uma vez encontrei uma receita de bolo que finalmente funciona para mim, estou a partilhá-la de imediato! As sementes de papoila podem ser omitidas e o limão substituído por laranja, por exemplo. Também se pode imaginar um glace de limão por cima para revestir este delicioso bolo. Eu prefiro sem, mas isso depende de si! Em todo o caso, estou satisfeito com esta receita e estou a guardá-la com muito cuidado.
Receita de bolo de limão:
-4 ovos
-300g de açúcar
-a raspa de 4 limões não tratados
-130g de creme espesso Isigny (40%)
-70g de manteiga derretida
-230g de farinha
-2g de sal
-5g de fermento em pó
-20g de sementes de papoila (isto é opcional!)
Colocar os ovos numa tigela (na fotografia fiz metade da receita, daí os dois ovos), o creme Isigny grosso, a casca ralada dos limões e o açúcar.
Misturar bem e adicionar a manteiga derretida.
Misturar a farinha, sal e fermento em pó separadamente.
Acrescentar esta mistura seca à mistura líquida.
Misturar bem e adicionar as sementes de papoila.
A massa está pronta!
Verter a massa para uma forma de bolo forrada com papel vegetal.
Cozer a 190°C durante 40 minutos. Se não, basta espetar uma faca no bolo, se este sair seco, está feito!
Apareça e retire o papel. Depois deixar para arrefecer num suporte de arame antes de servir quente ou frio.
Este bolo pode ser armazenado em película aderente durante vários dias.

Je cherche toujours à faire des essais dans ma cuisine et j’ai un nombre invraisemblable de recettes que je ne publie par sur mon blog de cuisine. Et l’un de mes soucis est le cake. Je ne trouve jamais la bonne consistance: il est soit trop beurré, trop aéré, trop lourd, trop friable… Alors pour une fois que je mets le doigt sur cette recette de cake qui enfin me convient, je la partage illico ! On pourra ne pas mettre les graines de pavot et remplacer le citron par de l’orange par exemple. On pourra aussi imaginer un glaçage au citron sur le dessus pour enrober ce délicieux cake. Je le préfère sans mais libre à vous! En tout cas, je suis content avec cette recette et je la garde bien précieusement.
