Esta es una receta perfecta, sin pretensiones, cuando se quiere preparar una comida para un buen día de verano y no pasar horas en la cocina. Mi madre y yo solíamos hacer esta pasta los fines de semana para buffets al aire libre hace casi 30 años y siempre era un éxito. Puede sorprender al principio tener pasta fría con salsa, pero la combinación de salmón, eneldo y salsa de cóctel casera es deliciosa y todos los invitados volvieron a servirse. Hace años que no hago esta pasta, ¡pero es una vuelta a la infancia para mí!
Receta para 4 a 6 personas:
500 g de tallarines
300g de salmón ahumado
1 manojo pequeño de eneldo
Salsa de cóctel :
1 huevo
180 g de aceite
10g de vinagre de sidra
80g de ketchup
120 g de nata líquida
sal pimienta
Cocinar la pasta al dente como se indica en el paquete.
A continuación, colóquelas en un colador y enjuáguelas en agua fría para que se enfríen completamente. A continuación, póngalos en un recipiente grande después de escurrirlos.
Para esta receta, utilice un buen salmón ahumado.
