Pan de molde 100% pistacho con una textura ultra crujiente. Si, como yo, eres un fanático de los pistachos, estas pequeñas galletas están hechas para ti… La receta está lista en 5 minutos y la cocción desprende un aroma increíble. Para disfrutar con un helado, por ejemplo.
Receta de shortbread 100% pistacho (para 14 shortbread):
-140g de harina
-25g de fécula de patata
-110g de azúcar glas
-50 g de pistacho en polvo
-110g de mantequilla blanda
-1/4 de cucharadita de levadura en polvo
-una buena pizca de sal
-65g de pistachos crudos
-1/2 cucharadita de aroma de almendra amarga
Poner en un bol la harina, la fécula de patata, el polvo de pistacho, el azúcar glas, la sal y la levadura.
Mezclar y añadir la mantequilla blanda.
Se puede mezclar a mano, ¡se tarda 3 minutos! A continuación, vierta la media cucharada de aroma de almendra amarga y los pistachos crudos enteros.
Remover para distribuir los pistachos uniformemente. A continuación, vuelva a formar una bola con la masa.
Formar una salchicha de 5 cm de diámetro.
Envuelve la masa en film transparente y enfríala durante al menos dos horas.
Con un buen cuchillo, cortar rodajas de 1 cm de grosor. Sujeta la salchicha con firmeza para que no se rompa al cortar los pistachos.
