Pão curto de pistachio 100% com uma textura ultra-crispa. Se, como eu, és um fanático dos pistácios, então estes biscoitos são feitos para ti… A receita está pronta dentro de 5 minutos e a cozedura irá emitir um aroma incrível. Para ser apreciado com um gelado, por exemplo!
Receita para pão curto de pistachio 100% (para 14 pães curtos):
-140g de farinha
-25g de fécula de batata
-110g de açúcar de confeiteiro
-50g de pó de pistachio
-110g de manteiga mole
-1/4 colher de chá de fermento em pó
-uma boa pitada de sal
-65g pistácios brutos
-1/2 colher de chá de aroma de amêndoa amarga
Colocar a farinha, amido de batata, pistácio em pó, açúcar de confeiteiro, sal e fermento numa tigela.
Misturar e adicionar a manteiga mole.
Pode misturar à mão, demora 3 minutos! Depois deitar a meia colher cheia de aroma de amêndoa amarga e todo o pistácio cru.
Agitar para distribuir os pistácios de forma uniforme. Depois trazer a massa de volta para uma bola.
Moldar uma salsicha com um diâmetro de 5 cm.
Envolver a massa em película aderente e arrefecê-la durante pelo menos duas horas.
Com uma faca muito boa, cortar fatias de 1cm de espessura. Segurar firmemente a salsicha para que não se quebre quando se corta os pistácios.
Pré-aqueça o seu forno a 180°C e coloque as fatias sobre um tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.
Cozer os pães curtos até dourar (15-20 minutos).
Deixe-os arrefecer numa folha de cozedura e guarde-os numa caixa hermética!
Pode guardá-los durante vários dias. Para ser comido depois sem moderação…
