¡¡No!! No son galletas (aunque me encanta mi receta de ¡galletas) ! Estos deliciosos y crujientes shortbreads están hechos con pistachos, avellanas, almendras, dátiles y miel. Múltiples sabores que están completamente en desacuerdo con lo que se espera de ellos. Muy fáciles de hacer y rápidos de cocinar, ¡son ideales para una fiesta de té improvisada!
Receta de «shortbread de frutos secos»:
-130g de almendras -65g de pistachos -130g de avellanas -100g de dátiles -160g de mantequilla semi-salada -50g de miel -150g de azúcar moreno -200g de harina -5g de levadura
Mezclar la mantequilla, la miel y el azúcar moreno en un bol.
Poner las almendras, los pistachos y las avellanas en otro bol.
Retirar los huesos de los dátiles y cortarlos en trozos.
Mezclar la harina y la levadura.
Mezclar bien el azúcar, la miel y la mantequilla para incorporar todo.
Añadir la levadura/harina.
Mezclar bien y añadir los frutos secos.
Y las fechas…
Mezclar bien sin trabajar demasiado la masa. A continuación, haz una bola con la masa sobre un film transparente.
Rodar con la película para facilitar el trabajo.
Poner la masa en la nevera durante 30 minutos.
Cortar la morcilla en rodajas de algo menos de 1 cm. Precalentar el horno a 180°C.
Colocar las rodajas en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear.
Hornear durante 14 minutos y luego enfriar sobre una rejilla. Los ablés están blandos cuando salen del horno, ¡así que hay que esperar antes de comerlos!

Non!! Ce ne sont pas des cookies (même si j’adore ma recette de cookies) ! Ces délicieux sablés croquants et fondants sont à base de pistaches, noisettes, amandes, dattes et miel. De multiples parfums qui sont en totale contradiction avec ce que l’on en attend. Très faciles à réaliser et cuits rapidement, ils sont idéaux pour un thé à l’improviste!
