لا!! هذه ليست ملفات تعريف الارتباط (على الرغم من أنني أحب وصفتي ل ملفات تعريف الارتباط ) ! هذه الغريبة اللذيذة المقرمشة والعطاء مصنوعة من الفستق والبندق واللوز والتمر والعسل. نكهات متعددة تتعارض كليًا مع ما هو متوقع. من السهل جدًا تحضيرها وطهيها بسرعة ، فهي مثالية لحفلة شاي مرتجلة!
تخلط جيدا دون الإفراط في ملء العجين. ثم لف العجين على شكل سجق على فيلم مطاطي.
لفة مع الفيلم لتسهيل العمل.
تبرد لفافة العجين لمدة 30 دقيقة.
نقطع النقانق إلى شرائح أقل بقليل من 1 سم. يُسخن الفرن على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية.
ضعي الشرائح على صينية خبز مبطنة بورق زبدة.
اخبزيها لمدة 14 دقيقة ثم اتركيها لتبرد على رف سلكي. تكون الأبليس طرية عند خروجها من الفرن لذا عليك الانتظار قبل تناولها !!

Non!! Ce ne sont pas des cookies (même si j’adore ma recette de cookies) ! Ces délicieux sablés croquants et fondants sont à base de pistaches, noisettes, amandes, dattes et miel. De multiples parfums qui sont en totale contradiction avec ce que l’on en attend. Très faciles à réaliser et cuits rapidement, ils sont idéaux pour un thé à l’improviste!
