Sigo con las magdalenas, esta vez os doy la receta de magdalenas de arándanos, ¡otro gran clásico! Con su forma de seta (¡incluso de casa pitufa!), su corteza crujiente gracias a la adición de un crumble (¡opcional!) y sus arándanos, ¡no resistirá mucho tiempo frente a los golosos!
Receta para 10 «muffins de arándanos»:
El crumble crujiente:
-35g de mantequilla blanda
-130g de vergeoise marrón
-45g de harina
Masa para magdalenas:
-20g de vergeoise rubia
-170g de azúcar
-180g de leche fermentada (leche de ribot)
-100g de aceite
-1 huevo
-280g de harina
-1+1/2 cucharadita de levadura en polvo
-230g de arándanos
Precalentar el horno a 200°C.
Comience por hacer la masa de crumble simplemente poniendo los ingredientes en un bol pequeño.
Y mezclar hasta que la mantequilla esté completamente incorporada…
Poner todos los demás ingredientes en otro bol, excepto la levadura y los arándanos…
Mezclar bien y añadir la levadura en polvo. Remover de nuevo para incorporar completamente la levadura.
Luego los arándanos. Mezclar con cuidado en este punto para no dañar los arándanos…
Coloque las fundas de papel en los moldes para magdalenas y llénelas con la masa hasta un milímetro del borde del papel.
Espolvorear con la masa de crumble, pero no poner demasiado para que las magdalenas no se inflen.
Introducir en el horno y cocinar durante al menos 15-20 minutos, vigilando el final de la cocción para que no se quemen. Deben estar bien dorados y sobre todo muy hinchados.
Sacar la bandeja del horno y desmoldar con cuidado, pudiendo utilizar un cuchillo para retirar la cabeza de la magdalena.
Déjalo enfriar completamente y disfrútalo con un café con leche.
