Continuo com os muffins, desta vez dando-vos a receita dos muffins de mirtilo, outro grande clássico! Com a sua forma de cogumelo (uma casa de smurf até!), a sua crosta crocante graças à adição de um crocante (opcional!) e os seus mirtilos, não resistirá por muito tempo à frente dos gananciosos!
Receita para 10 “muffins de mirtilo”:
O crocante desintegrar-se:
-35g de manteiga mole
-130g de vergeoise castanha
-45g de farinha
Batedor de muffin:
-20g de vergeoise loira
-170g de açúcar
-180g de leite fermentado (leite ribot)
-100g de óleo
-1 ovo
-280g de farinha
-1+1/2 colheres de chá de fermento em pó
-230g de mirtilos
Pré-aquecer o forno a 200°C.
Comece por fazer a massa esmigalhada simplesmente colocando os ingredientes numa pequena tigela.
E misturar até que a manteiga esteja completamente incorporada.
Colocar todos os outros ingredientes noutra tigela, excepto a levedura e os mirtilos.
Misturar bem e adicionar o fermento em pó. Agitar novamente para incorporar completamente a levedura.
Depois os mirtilos. Misture cuidadosamente neste ponto, para não danificar os mirtilos.
Colocar as caixas de papel nas latas de muffin e encher com massa até um milímetro da borda do papel.
Polvilhe com massa quebrada, mas não ponha muito para que os queques não inchem!
Colocar no forno e cozinhar durante pelo menos 15-20 minutos, observando o fim do tempo de cozedura de modo a não os deixar queimar. Devem estar bem douradas e acima de tudo muito inchadas!
Retirar a bandeja do forno e remover cuidadosamente do molde, possivelmente utilizando uma faca para remover a cabeça do muffin.
Deixe arrefecer completamente e desfrute com um café com leite!
