Hace más de 7 años, sugerí el hummus tradicional (receta AQUÍ). Esta vez voy a hacer una pequeña variación, ya que en casa como hummus casi todas las semanas. Con pimiento rojo, parpika, guindilla y un toque de miel, este hummus es un delicioso cambio de ritmo y aporta color a la mesa. Listo en pocos minutos, se puede disfrutar con una tostada.
Receta para 4 a 6 personas:
500 g de garbanzos en lata, escurridos
150 g de pimientos rojos asados pelados
60g de tahini
1 diente de ajo
50g de aceite de oliva
10g de zumo de limón
1 cucharadita de miel
1 cucharadita de pimentón
1/4 de cucharadita de pimienta picante
Ponga los garbanzos escurridos y los pimientos en el bol de su batidora. Esta vez rompo con la tradición y lo pongo todo en la batidora, porque así el hummus está listo en 3 minutos… Nota de Bernard : para esta receta exprés, utilizo garbanzos en lata o en frasco. También puede encontrar fácilmente pimientos asados en tarros. Esto funcionará bien aquí.
Añadir el tahini, el ajo, el aceite de oliva, el zumo de limón y la miel.
Mezclar hasta obtener una crema suave. Añadir el pimentón.
Utilicé un puré de chiles que tenía en la nevera. Pero no dude en utilizar chile en polvo o incluso harissa.
Añadir un poco (si es necesario) y sal al gusto.
Mezclar una última vez.
Vierte el hummus de pimientos rojos en cuencos, rocía con aceite de oliva y espolvorea un poco de pimentón.
Manténgalo refrigerado hasta el momento de servirlo.
