¡Aquí tienes la receta de un pequeño pastelito marroquí que me traje en mi equipaje tras mi viaje culinario a Marrakech (que puedes leer AQUÍ)! Estas ghribas de nueces son muy fáciles de hacer en casa, sin harina ni mantequilla, y son un maravilloso acompañamiento para el té a la menta. Un golpe rápido en la batidora, una vuelta en el bol y al horno. Deliciosamente crujiente por encima y suave por dentro, ¡verás que este pastel no se quedará en su caja por mucho tiempo!
Receta de ghribas de nueces (para 16 a 18 piezas):
-125g de azúcar -180g de nueces -90g de polvo de almendra -1/2 cucharadita nivel canela
-1 pizca de levadura en polvo -1 huevo de 50g
-helado de azúcar -De 16 a 18 granos de nuez
Poner el azúcar, las nueces (los 180 g), la canela y la levadura en polvo en el bol de una batidora.
Mezclar rápidamente para obtener un polvo grueso.
Añadir el polvo de almendra y mezclar.
Añadir el huevo y mezclar la masa hasta que esté suave.
Hacer bolas de 25 g y pasarlas por azúcar glas.
Colocar un grano de nuez en cada bola de masa, presionando suavemente hasta que la masa se agriete ligeramente.
Haz lo mismo con todas las bolas de masa.
Cocer en el horno precalentado a 180°C durante 15 minutos, vigilando. ¡Las ghribas deben permanecer suaves en el centro!
Guárdelos en una caja hermética (una semana como máximo). Para disfrutar con un té de menta caliente.
